Kendall actively supports a collaborative shop environment. Depending on shop structure, eligible Master Technicians who help train, guide, and support apprentices or entry-level mechanics may be rewarded on top of their regular hourly rate.
How does paid time off work for incoming technicians?
Based on certifications, experience, and position eligibility, incoming technicians may qualify for a higher PTO tier. This helps Kendall recognize your qualifications while supporting a healthy work-life balance.
